They do look very similar (solo is female though wink ) , I don't have the names of the parents right now, did you get him in Kent by any chance?
Oops sorry Solo.... No Jack is from somewhere near Bath, Chippenham maybe. He's a spiderwick.

Archie & Keira have friend to stay for a few days......meet Lola a Korean Jindo, she seems to have a very strong hunting urge so no off lead for her unfortunately but she is a sweet natured girl.

My best chum, Poppy.

Beautiful doggy and photos. Oh how I long for the day I can go for a walk off-leash...

If you're a good boy, and gain your owners trust, you might be luckily enough to be off leash one day.

Thanks, she is a little Beauty isnt she. Shes an absolute dream off the lead but a nightmare on it unless I use a Halti ( which I hate to do)
Hopefully she'll have a doggy pal in the near future too!

A couple of more pics for good measure.

Have you considered a harness, rather than a Halti?

When young my cocker was always pulling on the lead, but the harness definitely helped

Photos of new doggy pal, once arrived, are always welcome here

Lovely photos by the way

I did try a harness, if anything it made it worse as she could pull through her body rather than just her neck. I tried a slip lead too which helped but we walk places where she needs to be on a lead that infrequently I had to do a mini retrain every time I used it.
Lens wise I'm using a Canon 50mm 1.4 cool

Molly three days after being attacked by some kind of pitbull, shortly after we walked into a pub. Grabbed her, was shaking her around violently and threw her up in the air a couple of times. Fortunately I managed to wade in and save her.
A few grazes but the day was saved by the other dog grabbing her by the harness.

Sad hearing stories like this. Where was the owner?

The Mekuti balance harness is supposed to be good for dogs that pull on the lead, my old dog trainer highly recommended them.

Great stuff, thanks for the Link i'll look into one of those. The Halti works but I hate the way it sits on her, poppy despises it too.
