This is Leeloo.

She was found in a bag with six other puppies in a Basura (Spanish recycling centre) near us.
My wife was walking past and heard squeaky noises, on investigation she found a plastic bag with seven just born still blind puppies inside. Luckily a friend stopped in her car to help and between them they rescued, nursed and found homes for all of them.

We didn’t take one on at first because of a bad experience (severe aggression) with our last dog - a pedigree Cannan which we took back to the breeder.
However when the ‘foster’ parents decided they could not keep this one we said we would take her on, in the pic above she is about 8 weeks old and a real scruffy little thing but incredibly well natured.

She is a joy, well natured easy to train friendly and now a part of our lives. She has matured wonderfully over the last year and is indeed a handsome beast as can be seen below.

There really are some gorgeous dogs on this thread - a real reminder of the bond that forms between a dog and it's family. It's a very powerful, special phenomenon. thumbup

Cheers.

She can officially go out on Tuesday, it'll be good to get her out as she has so much energy.
