For what its worth I've just made a donation, I cant bear to think of the fear those poor animals must have faced, the horror the staff and the emergency services must have faced.

Why are humans so horrid? there is this evil streak in people that wants to kill things and cause others pain, this has outraged me, would love to meet the scum that did this

Listening to the report on radio 2 about this now, it's very upsetting.

I've donated by txt this morning.

The poor staff members will never forget not being able to get in to help the dogs, I hope they get the help they will need in the coming weeks.

I am a bit disappointed by some of the comments on an other thread. One thing is for sure these poor Dogs did not choose to be homeless or to be in the home.
One good thing has come out of this and it is that there are good people in this world and the out pouring of emotions proves this to be the case.

The amount of decency on PH lessens every single day.

Such an awful loss of so many dogs some who were ready to re home. It was great to hear how many wanted to help out. I can't imagine how the owner of the home feels.;(

Agreed, and I've not been here that long at all really I like this forum though, especially the dog pictures; would love one but a failed effort a couple of years ago taught us, and my daughters, that you either commit fully, or fail.

Those poor dogs in Manchester though, who couldn't be saddened by that

Sadly there are those now who post knowing it will cause a reaction, but they are far outnumbered by those who post what they really feel.
