Any Gecko keepers here?

Thanks - thats a PAIR of Geckos btw.
I know very little about Chams, but Im pretty sure they need high humidity, and for some reason, a lot seem to be kept in the mesh type vivs.
Do you research on RFUK, and try to find a decent indie specialist thats local.
FB has some decent groups, but a lot are full of rubbish.
Does make sense to go for what you want - I wanted these but was put off them by everyone as I was noob.

This is what puts me off. As I've never kept lizards before, we're not ready to take care of one. From what I gather, half the care is in the lighting and vivarium temps. They seem to feed like any other lizard from what I gather, gut loading and dusting the food etc.
Unless I'm missing something, I can't see any problem.

Yep, heat/light/humidity is important, and good feeding - same for everything.
As I said, find a good local Rep shop - not a chain.
My Geckos came from Global Geckos in Windlesham surrey - very knowledgaeable and heldpfull staff, and loads of Chams in stock too.
About an hours drive from me, but worth it.

We have hundreds of geckos around our place, in the house, in the garden, in my garage. They are only small, maybe four inches long, but some are pretty wild colours, stripes, spots etc. They do a good job of eating small bugs, but they do leave their droppings all down the walls......
I have a couple of cresties, a male and a female. They're a doddle to look after; a quick clean out each week and I'm feeding them Repashy CGD - there are a variety available to mix it up and keep things interesting. Crickets are an occasional treat but they get everything they need from the CGD.
If you're feeding fruit baby food to your crestie try and wean them off it onto CGD as the baby food isn't good for them (packed with sugar and not the right balance of vitamins and minerals).

Proper pics finally....

Here's a shot of my young Panther chameleon and his set up. The reason Zoomed or other makes of mesh cages are best is it allows a good airflow, a problem with the Exoterra glass cages is the male chameleons get stressed by their own reflection in the glass. It is also important to have plenty of live plants to keep the humidity up in the cage.
