No idea, but I like it!

Is the broken image where the fight with the tabby was?

What are you using to get that info? My folks would love to see where there cat goes as we already know he's ranging a lot further than we would have expected.

He's fitted a big sponge full of orange paint under his cat, then takes a photo from a drone the next day.

G-paws (there are others as well) unfortunately my cat doesn't venture far so it's a bit dull and only used it a couple of times.

I'd say that was about the range of our neutered male. The female is between chair/bed/table under the computer/window cill.

Thanks mate. I'll let my mother know, although I imagine she'll use blue instead as she doesn't like orange. Will that still work ok?

I can confirm it does. We tried blue the day before:

It's done with a g-paws. This one infact: http://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Paws-Tracker-Recorder-Sm...

For £25 it was a no-brainer and it's already proved quite amusing!

You're meant to upload a photo of the cat - I think that's why there's a broken image.

The website is actually quite good and it's simple to upload from the GPS device. My only criticisms are that the battery could last longer - I pop it on his collar in the morning at about 8 and it's dead by 4-ish so far. That's after a full nights charge, but also it's hard to tell if it's actually on or off! I've taken to plugging it into the computer. If the computer can't see it (in the same way of a USB drive) then it's off. Turn it on and the computer then can see it. My Mac is on all the time so not a big deal.

I'm sure the novelty will wear off, however I'm looking forward to seeing where he's got to today!!

Great cat. How about trying the video camera version? (of the gadget not the cat)

I have just been out-perved!

Can't remember what the kit is; some sort of mini Go-Pro I expect.
