How can someone do this? Am I the only one who would like to go and visit her and teach her the error of her ways? Politely of course.

She doesn't deserve polite, she deserves to be put in a room with a vicious large dog, see how she like it

Unfortunately the are people that border on the sociopath or in there full time. She will be more offended that she was caught, bragging rights will come off the back of it for her though, among her peers.

Glad they saw sense not to blame the dog (owner of cat included) Scary that she is a Mum, she should have been jailed even just for a couple weeks, she was getting too much enjoyment from this whole sad epiepisode.

I quite believe she didn't think her dog would actually catch it. They rarely even get close, and if they do, a claw across the face usually sends them running home.

Even if that were true she still spent several minutes taunting both her own dog (bringing it to a frenzy that would not have occurred had she just walked on by) and the kitten. Not the actions of normal person!

The only slight saving grace is that once your name is out there for this kind of thing, there are almost certainly a lot of people who will make your life a living fking hell.

Why do it in the first place? If that were my cat, I would have paid somebody to chase her down and if they managed to catch her, which I obviously didn't thing they would, beat, her so badly she ended up a cabbage for the rest of her life.

Of course she did. That is the problem. And this was not likely to have been the first cat either.

But at least now her name is public, locals can ensure she doesn't go near their pets again.

Can we not just strap a parachute onto her and drop her over Raqqa, with a note saying:

Dear ISIS

Enjoy.

I doubt she will have any issues apart from feeling aggrieved. Her peers are likely the same slot on the evolutionary ladder.
