I posted this before when I was trying to get my dogs to eat medicine, i just used whatever i had lying around which happened to be crisp breads and peanut butter. They loved it so much that the dogs which didn't need medicine were causing problems when they didn't get one. So they got fake medicated, the others got the real ones

Update time, Snoop dog has been back to the Vet and been X-rayed this week, he is doing really well, he stayed with relatives whilst we holidayed/ house hunted in Spain, when we returned we couldn't believe the difference in him, sadly he must have been in some considerable pain for months and months and he is a very different dog now, the next 5 weeks we have to spent gradually building his stamina up and then he will be back to new.

What has surprised us has the second knee healed so much quicker that the first, he seemed to have little trouble with it, now hopefully the rather nasty looking scars will fade away with time.

A big thank you to everyone on this thread for their concerns, it is very much appreciated.
