Caught is moving quite quick then squished it, there was also a smaller one with it.
Apologies for the bad photo but it is a tiny thing and hard to get the camera to focus on.

Its either a silverfish or a zenomorph larvae.

I'd go with Xenomorph larvae; they often look like Silverfish.

He wasn't paying rent, I warned him but he failed to listen then disturbed me whilst I was on the loo......
