What Bird (Monster) Is This?

Fortunate enough to see these and the Black Kite every day here in the Eife.
(Amongst many other birds of prey) SteinAdlers nest half a kilometer away, Buzzards, Gehyer Falcons being incredible flying creatures sometimes sit for ages on the garden fence waiting for a field vole to show itself.

I put the cats dead 'catches' on the shed roof for them, they're usually gone within half an hour
