6 year old Lab, she gets about half an hour a day, a mile and a half maximum. Her arthritis holds her back unfortunately.

Ours get one 45-60 minute walk a day, as soon as they hit 12 months they'll get that twice a day.

Our one-year-old GSD gets 20 mins in the morning (6am), then he's on his own from 8am til lunchtime when he gets an hour's walk, often with other dogs, and then he gets an hour on the green going stupid running around with half a dozen of his mates at 5.30 every evening. No wonder he's a skinny git!

4 walks a day for my old rescue collie/retreiver mix, hour before work, 20 mins at lunch, hour after tea, quick wizz round the block to do his jobs before bed. He was surrendered to rescue as his previous owners couldnt handle him (read couldn't be arsed to take him for a walk) he needed stimulation, once he had plenty of exercise he was fine, in fact was a very clever dog.

Our Malamute has at least a 5 mile walk, however this time of the year it means up at the crack of dawn before it gets to warm, and neither me nor the dog like early starts...

Our Mastiff is getting on a bit now, so the wife take him for a gentle plod down to the local shop - although they aren't renowned for their athletic prowess!

I seem to have picked the short straw.
