Hello fine people,

We are looking for a holiday lodge or yurt/hut in December for three nights where we can all holiday, most places say a maximum of two dogs and won't negotiate.

Location wise New Forest is ideal but any where between Bristol and London either up or down is fine.

Any recommendations? Budget wise up to £400 is fine and don't mind paying a larger security deposit.

Not sure if it's in your desired area but we dad a 4 day break here recently... They absolutely adore dogs and I can't recommend it highly enough..... best holiday your dogs will ever have.

These are just a couple of pics of places nearby literally on the doorstep.

No extra charge for dogs either.

Don't know your budget but Forest of Dean, log cabins (with hot tub!) and dog friendly cabins, great area. Pricey in peak seasons hence why we haven't gone this year (son started school last Sept)

They also do them in Hampshire

There's a WiKi at the top of the forum that may help smile

Did think of adding ours to that list but too complicated for this old fogie...which is a shame because many places say they are dog friendly and tolerate them... but this place really does welcome them with open arms even in the restaurant, bars etc

Meal size & VFM were excellent also and our fella adored the homemade dog biscuits on the bar.

Thanks for the links guys and apologies for not noticing the WIKi.

We are going to book up at Forest Lodges this time for the four of us plus dogs. Me and the Wife will Defo try the Blueballinn it sounds like our kind of thing and the walks look incredible.

If Forest lodges are any good I will add to the wiki
