Indeed it is, as she is officially known, 'Frida Kahlo Club Cat'. I think when I took her in she was probably only around three weeks old. She can be a little devil. Growls a lot, recently climbed a curtain on to a wardrobe, then tight rope walked the pole along to another wardrobe where she knocked a box of dry cat food down to the two boy cats and my Border Collie! Minx. She's still kitten size, approx a little under 20 weeks now I guess, huge personality. I forget how tiny she was though...

Then

Now

Still loves coming out in the car. Taking her to last local PH meet of the year tomorrow.

Thank you. She's currently asleep in the Christmas tree, she's been there for a while now, quite how it's comfortable I've no idea. I imagine it's warm with the lights on, one was in her face so she stretched her paw to cover it.

Even Lebowski is tiring of me taking photos. I really ought to do something with my Saturday night

He can flirt with me all he wants. He's gorgeous.

I've just been given this. It's perfect and they love it. Can't wait for 2017 road trips.

Again tonight. She can't blame the Gremlins

Last one, she's doing grown up cat stuff now too. The cheek of it.

Bugger - one of ours has decided not to come home tonight. Never happened before. She's always home around dinner time for some food and lots of pampering on the sofa.

It's going to be cold as well. Hopefully she's just been shut in somewhere and can keep the frost off.

I've had a couple of wanders round our part of the village but it's pitch black, there's no response to normal sounds etc... I know that if a cat doesn't want to be found, it rarely is as they are ingenious little hiders.

Wife is super worried.

I'm hoping all will be happy and that the cat will learn a lesson...

my cat disappeared for 5 days once in very cold conditions. Spent 1 night stuck up a tree in a gale as well. I was worried about it when she disappeared. Sometimes something random can scare them off.

Put some food outside, try and call them at different hours in the day.
Hang their bedding outside so they can pick up the scent. Have a drive round, ask a few neighbours. litter tray as well, anything with there scent on it, or your as well as it allows them to refocus scent trail.

Don't loose faith, I nearly did, but the joy you get when the little face appears at the window is worth it.

Yeah, well stick out stuff in the morning. Anything that smells of them and home.

Maybe our other cat will be able to go and find her too.

Yesterday, our ginger s**t waltzed off with a piece of ham destined for our dinner. He was not seen for hours.............

She hasn't returned yet. Can't put anything outside as its drizzling. Weird thing is the other cat is usually out like a bolt. Today he's refusing to go anywhere.

I think the wife acting extremely anxious is unsettling him and he won't leave her.

Mothersruin - Is she home yet??

I've bought a little tree on a timer for their window. I'm greeted with this when I come home. It makes me happy

Yeah - been an interesting evening to say the least - I'll say no more than calling the Rev. Mike and leaving a message on his answer phone at 11pm after going round the Church Yard with the missus getting freaked out by the birds fleeing their roosts, making the 'foody' noise while shaking a food bowl - we heard a very faint 'meow' from inside the church.

He called us back (I guess he uses the answer machine as a screening device) as he'd got out of bed to return the call - I legged it up to the Rectory, got the Church key, then spent the next hour trying to get the little git to come with us - she was totally freaked - managed to get her into her box in the end, and she had a good moan.

Anyway, home now as nothing had happened.

Positives - we've now met half the village properly and been invited to have many cups of tea.

Thanks all.
