Lovely pics all round, what a bunch of gorgeous kitties.

I hope the lovely black & white stray is being fed by someone regularly? Or does he just scrounge scraps from wherever he can?
He looks better looked after than my two biggrin

Tiny kitty has done over 300 miles of road trips since last Thursday. She loved her city break which had her appearing on SnapChat and Instagram and complete strangers asking in a nightclub who she was!!

She might be tiny but she has a huge colourful personality. Have her and Walter booked in to the vet tomorrow for general checks.

Haven't forgottten about the others. Walter was a little surprised when I wanted to go to bed around midnight last night after working solid for ten hours

Lebowski and Walter and now thick as thieves too!

How is Dexter settling in? I seem to remember at the beginning there were some issues with a neighbour's cat...?
Yes not so bad thanks, we're getting there I think! The run ins with Bob have been fewer and further between, I think he's learning that when he goes out the back way (towards their house), he's best off staying in our garden as he has no problems there. He used to be up on the boundary fences several times a day and even going into Bobs garden frequently, but that appears to have all but stopped.

He goes out the front way a lot now, and seems to have made friends with the cat across the road as they often are seen both led on their driveway chilling out, with no signs of aggression from either one! Typically, their house is up for sale and it looks like he'll be losing his little friend as quickly as he's made it frown

He's still hungry ALL the time (and very vocal with it!) and still quite needy at times (and very vocal with it!) but I think even that is less than it was, it's hard to see when you're around it all the time.

If I pick him up and settle him on my lap he'll often stay put, often for 30 minutes at a time, purring away and generally lapping it up, yet he almost never jumps up to me, even though he enjoys it when he is up with me! Funny creature smile

Oddly, he also NEVER goes upstairs other than in extreme circumstances (i.e. only one of us home and we've disappeared upstairs for a long time - in which case he MIGHT come up to shout at us!). Literally just does not venture upstairs, which I find a bit odd! I've never known a cat not roam the whole house (not even a big house)!

Judging by that look Dexter has disposed of the neighbours cat and wrapped it's body in an old piece of carpet.

Sometimes I swear they just like to see you making the effort! Mycroft can be a bugger for this, he's an utter affection sponge who does jump up to my lap for cuddles quite frequently but every so often he will just shout from wherever he is in the house until I come and pick him up and as soon as I do he just goes all floppy and starts purring away!

I'm totally wrapped around the paw aren't I? hehe

LewG bought me the T-Shirt for my birthday, appropriately it says 'I'm a Catholic... I've been addicted to cats since birth'

Frida Kalo Club Cat, as she is now officially known, visited the vet yesterday, her age has been estimated around 5 weeks. She's healthy and doing well just need to supplement her diet with kitten milk as well as wet food. She's very, very active! Literally have to pin her down for a photo. She loves climbing up a leg and sitting on a shoulder, as well as being in the car/on a road trip.

Not one for putting things like this on Facebook but i spend more time on PH.
Today i found out our cat, Fenton was run over. Im out in Afghanistan so hearing this isnt the best out here. He didnt die straight away and managed to get himself back home but suffered severe internal injuries. Safe to say the mood back home with the missus and kids is not good.
RIP best mate.

Poor little bugger, I am sorry to hear it.

Our neighbour's old tabby was attacked by a big dog a couple of days ago and after he was picked up by it and shaken, he ran off leaving blood and fur behind. We all went out looking across the fields for him to no avail. Amazingly he swanned back in at midnight with a few bald patches and no other visible wounds so where the blood came from is anyone's guess. Lucky old mog - if he doesn't succumb to infections. They are fragile creatures... frown

Thanks for comment.
According to the vet Fenton had a smashed back, ruptured spleen, broken hips and other internal stuff. He was found in the garage where during the day we lift the door a foot or so as his and the other cats beds are in there.
He must of dragged himself home.
The thing is word has got around our village Facebook page and a lot of people knew him are placing condolences.
