So, my lawyer has stated we have reached a point where we let it go or go to court.

Now whilst I am right in Principal, I need to prove WHY the dogs need to be fed Chicken and Rice ..... It seems having a contractual agreement means nothing here in Germany.
Tried this, have a letter from the Vet but no justification as to why.

We also have all of the medical bills from after the vent that show the inflamed / swollen stomach ... but this does not seem to matter.

Friday - Healthly
Monday - Sick

What changed, their food ....

Anyway, over it now!!! Dogs are healthy 😁

And as a note we paid around €120 per day for them both, so not what you would expect ... Probably the most expensive / nicest kennel we could find in the area, cost does not equal quality it seems.

Just returned from a weekend in the mountains, dog friendly hotel ... Much easier!

Sorry to hear about the OP's experience. I personally would have left the review anyway. You have experienced bad service of a company and they have an area where your review can be made public. Tough titties if they don't like your review.

We do not use kennels, even though we have a greyhound and they are used to kennel life. Ours goes to a dog sitter and he stays in their house with her dogs. She is superb. Yes I pay nearly three times the daily rate, but its worth every penny.

I've booked her services 10 months in advance for our holiday at the end of this month. We like her that much and I don't want to have to try and find somewhere else for our much loved hound.
