We took Keke for her first proper visit to a beach at the weekend. She's now 9 months old and thoroughly enjoyed investigating rock pools, sea weed, the waves and generally being a mucky pup.

She was so tired by the time we got her back to the car she could barely keep her eyes open....

Epic shot. Wife wanted an Iggy until reading how hard they are to train and how wilful they are - we ended up getting a whippet who is very well behaved a pretty daft, too.

A true PH doggy legend.

Sending you lots of virtual hugs x

Such a lot of sad news lately; I am so sorry for everyone affected.
Very much this. So sorry for your loss Konan. Misty was awesome and I will miss seeing pictures of her and hearing what's she's been up to.

She is indeed a Toller. Our first one. She's a bit mental but a lovely mix of lively with a fantastic temperment etc

No Bluebells were harmed in the taking of this photo. Carefully shot at the very edge of the wood yesterday evening.

Bit of a sad one, I'm afraid. Not really wanting to bring people down on a Monday morning but writing about her is slowly helping me let it out.

Little Misty had a turn on Saturday, she couldn't get comfortable and became unsteady on her feet. We took her to the vet and found out it was likely to be the beginning of something far worse so we decided to let her go whilst she wasn't in too much pain or stressed out.

Her old legs were getting a little stiff and she had a bit of a heart murmur, but she was still a really happy and active, given she was something like 14. We knew we'd have to work around her being a bit slower this year but our plans still all had our little dog in them.

We stopped for a coffee Friday lunchtime and she was rolling around on the grass happy as anything. It's just making it that much harder, happening out of the blue.

Misty (probably just having rolled around in the grass):

I'm so sorry. They bring such joy to our lives it's so hard when they leave.

I believe Neville's, by default, are all a bit crackers if it helps.

Neville. Thrilled by his first train journey.

Adorable! Looks like he's enjoying a friend!
The Mickey coat is a Harry Barker from Pets At Home. He has way too many jumpers and coats but we default to this as it's by far the best fitting at the moment.
I need to get a few plain hoodies for him and then I can print logo's on to them myself.

We are having a Country & Western month at work. A few people were mentioning a poster with Seth on in a lounge so he went to investigate. One of the residents has made this after a member of staff found his pic from Instagram

Another member of staff took this photo of him sat next to the resident admiring their work

He brings so much joy to those in care and with dementia. Someone might not remember if they’ve had breakfast or even where they are. But they will bring Seth treats and know where he is.

Thanks. I miss them whilst away, apartment is mega quiet. I miss them apart from the times I have to get up in the middle of the night when one or other wants to go and sniff the air outside. Only trumped by them overtaking me up the stairs whilst trudging back and finding them occupying the bed. Or when one or other decides to hit the water bowl, jump on the bed and proceed to stand over me with a dripping beard. fkers.

I'm sure there was some discussion about her growing into those ears when you got her.

Not sure it ever happened smile
