Sadly my big pal was put to sleep last year. This was the day he died. Heart failure was just over 12 but had a great life. 8 years on a pheasant and grouse shoot picking up and beating.

Just need to remember all the good times.
Great looking dog. Time well spent, leads to a life well lived.

I’m already getting a sense of that. Please expand on the baby shark phase though. He’s mouthing everything at the moment. Less than 10 weeks old…. Yours looks happy in the water !!

Baby Shark happens when they're a puppy and basically hands, ankles (oh and shoes, lots and lots of shoes) are fair game. They're learning to use their mouths and still don't understand the concept of pressure so....have some plasters handy lol

Celebrating Kaylee today, our first dog. She would have been 15 in April but passed at home this morning.

It's been a tough day but looking through photos of our adventures together, it was a privilege to be her parents. She was amazing and taught us so much about dog ownership - the good and the bad, but mostly the good. :-)

Thanks everyone,I knew it was coming, and the hurt is real. I will cherish the time we had.

Seeing all the doggo photos, on the best thread in PH, always brings a smile to my face. :-D
