Read the report courtesy of the Mail, and it is absolute XL Bully cliche bingo card… wannabe rapper, unlicensed dogs and breeder, multiple previous reports, quoted to say ‘no one is going to tell me what to do with my own f*****g dogs.'… who could have predicted the tragic consequences.
So with the new laws and restrictions in place, he was clearly breeding, seems his dogs were unregistered and they both killed someone, what can his sentence be, hope it's harsh?
Why was I not suprised by the pics? It isn't the dogs, it isn't the owners. But the combination can be fatal. If the rapper had a house full of minature poodles his gran would still be alive.

Probably not the right thing to say, but I hope the young grandson is taken into care and placed with a loving foster family who can influence his future in a positive way.

Oh
True though isn’t it. Every one of these attacks is in some sthole and the people look like they’ve escaped from the local Gala Bingo. I’m sure one day I’ll hear of an XL bully mauling in Petworth, though.

There’s a few of them knocking about in the council areas of Clapham, I give them a wide berth for obvious reasons.

Can’t disagree with this though. We avoid taking our small dog for walks anywhere near areas of large population due to the greater chance of it getting eaten.

Yet to see an XL Bully in our village.

The mauling / death this week was in a home where neither dog was neutered, registered and the owner was trying to 'rehome' six puppies for £500 a pop.

I strongly suspect this guys about to get the book thrown at him to make a very clear point to societies idiots.

Look up the last 10 of these attacks and tell me where I’m wrong. Same old st. I’m sure bully dogs heavily feature in the council thread on this forum.

Let’s hope this bloke does indeed get a proper pasting in court. I only wish the police would be more heavy on people walking these things around without a lead in built up areas with other small dogs/kids and the like.

I’ve yet to see a XL bully when I take my dachshunds to Cowdray for a Sunday walk and bit of brunch…..

It’s horrific attack and seems to hit every stereotype sadly.

I hope he gets the full weight of the law slammed down on him.

Sadly the council sterotype does not always apply. I live in a low crime leafy suburb. Here 35 years and no cars, sheds, or houses broken intoiun my street. Two loose XL Bullys killed a dog in my local park. A few months later the same two dogs injured another dog and a man (with no connection to them).

Though having said that they lived in one of the streets with council houses.

Well, assuming the accused is found guilty, it is a golden opportunity for the courts to lay down a marker on the types of sentences that offenders can expect.
Being cynical, it’ll probably take about 2 years to reach court, and he’ll get 20 hours of community service.
Whatever the sentence, I don’t think it’ll be a deterrent frown
Most of the other well hard illegal dog breed owners / breeders, who look and act exactly like this fella, are immune to such 1+1=2 logic.

They’re probably rolling their eyes (and their fags) while shautin wot an idiot this bloke was. How they themselves are nuffink like that at all.
While being exactly the same, but for their post code the and slightly different shape of their tattoos.

I know. It's confusing when the XL Bullys live in the council estate then go elsewhere to kill other dogs.

Reminds me of the first time I saw what I now know was an XL Bully dog.

I am not a dog person and asked my much more clued up mate, what breed of dog it was.

"Council House" he replied.
