The neighbour's cats are so determined to get back inside my house (what's wrong with their own?) that they brought me a frog last night.

Came from home from work and there they both were, sitting by the front door crowded round the frog in front of them. God knows where they brought it from as there's no water anywhere near here.

Their plan didn't work.

You'd be surprised how many frogs live in gardens, there's no water anywhere near us, but we have quite a few frogs that live in our garden. One of them spends most of his time in the greenhouse amongst the tomatoes. Seems to like it.

Alfie was neutered and microchipped last week. To take the poor sods mind off it we've started letting him out in the garden for a short period each day. Only problem is he is stroppy and shouts to be let back out again when we bring him in!

It's very funny, he doesn't seem to like the grass much and mostly sticks to the paths.

That reminds me the day I sprayed some silicone polish on the kitchen vinyl flooring by accident. We had five cats at the time (won't bore you with why so many), and seeing try to negotiate the corner by the freezer was like watching cars on a roundabout on a wet day on a slick of spilled diesel!
