[quote=MorningsideYes, wheels make all the difference. From my profile. Here is George at the age of 18.5.
We had to let him go when his front legs went. Still miss him
Would love to see yours using his wheels. Did you find that he kept going backwards to start with?

This isn't a great shot, it's from my phone, you can see I'm trying to pull him, we are at my dads, however ever since he had a little accident indoors there he has always been a bit funny about going.
We get loads of odd looks when walking him, people even slow right down in their cars to get a look, when out in popular dog walk areas other dog walkers love to stop us for a chat.
He adapted to the wheels really quickly, we had no issues with him going backwards, at first putting him in was a hassle however he is happy to let me put him in them now with no struggle, not so the wife though, he loves going in them and he is back to his old ways of trying to bite the lead and fight you with it.
Some wheels you leave on even when the dog is indoors and the dog can even lie down in them, these ones are a bit more basic and are only used for walking him, he is happy to drag himself around inside the house and actually can get up on all four legs now for a short time, where before we got the wheels he just dragged himself around like a seal.
The problem he has will either eventually make him completely incontinent or affect his breathing and when we get to that stage we have to do the kindest thing for him.

Heh heh heh, I do like those wee dogs, what temperament do they have?I haven't posted a pic of poppy for a while. Here she is having a bit of a snuggle. She's just turned 1 and its been an amazing 9 months with her. So much so that my other half is coming good on our agreement of us having another when we buy a bigger house as she's currently looking at cocker spaniels to join poppy when we move in around a month. I can't bloody wait!!!!

Would love another
