I had a Great Uncle who maintained that all cats were trouble and named his cats accordingly. When he was in his eighties he was chuffed to the point of tears when we named one of our cats "Trouble"

I have to yell out 'Diesel' when I'm calling for my latest feline addition.

So named as that was what he was covered in when found by the Rescue Centre.

Back in the 80's I was living with my grandparents who had a big black labrador, his name was Blacky.

We lived in a place in Bristol called Easton about a mile from St Pauls. A prodominent west african and indian population, needless to say I would not call the bugger in. My GF was ok though, they all knew him and the dog.

We have a Lily, mainly as she looked so sweet, innocent and lovely when we saw her at the breeders

As soon as she settled in we decided that Lily was not an apt name, as she is a big monster, only lovely, sweet and innocent on her own terms

A mate of mine let his daughter name his cat.
He now has to shout MRS TIBBS out the back door at night.

With some difficulty! It would appear that one of them is a boy actually and he has a bit of a belly so at the moment that's how I'm telling them apart. They're not pure black actually, in certain lights you can see a faint dark grey tabby-like pattern in their fur which is a bit odd.

The girl was named Heidi and the boy named Fitz because we were just watching an episode of the West Wing with big black man called Fitz laugh

fk me, they've got a lot of energy. Been a long time since I last played with kittens! Already had both of my bare feet pounced upon and I swear the dog's going to move out.
