Alright, I fancy an impulsive 3-4 day break somewhere!

requirements are:

costal
warm
less than 3 hours flight time (I hate flying!)

any suggestions would be appreciated!

Pentecostal?

How warm. I think Mallorca has it all but you'll always risk rain. Cyprus and the Canaries are 4 hours so out.
You may find your choice limited by flights/airports as many only go every 7 days.

Try Vueling for flights if local as they tend to be cheap though it's worth looking around Barcelona as they fly there very cheaply.

Cyprus might be a good call, thanks

I thought Mallorca is tacky and filled up with 'booze Britain' style yobs these days?

You put costal, not coastal...warped sense of humour....sorry. wink

Mallorca is fabulous. It probably does have loutish areas like Magaluf which I've never been to but it has some spectacular stuff - Cala d'Or and that area has 7 beaches to choose from, Cala Santanyi and Mondrago close by, Coloni St Jordi beach to the south-east. You have Palma and the old Soller railway, picturesque Valdemossa, Arta and the nearby castle and the Cap Formentor peninsula in the north, Puerto Pollensa, the scenic mountains and the Torrent de Pareis in the west, an old monastery on top of a high hill in the middle. You just need a hire car to see everything.

I used to have a similar view until I went there and have been there now three times and will go again. Only place I can book without having to ask the Mrs as she loves it.

Cyprus I found dull but it has more consistent hot weather but I only went once...to Protaras. Great snorkelling there though if you catch a boat trip.
