Cape Cod - Sept

We're flying into Boston and driving down to Cape Cod, staying in Provincetown at the Grande Pointe. Apart from the usual suspects on tripadvisor does anyone have any tips of must do's while there ?
We're only there for 3 nights but have a car, I was thinking a side-trip to Nantucket might be good, and definitely going to get a shed-load of fish from Chatham.. anything else worth doing ?

Whale watching?
I was there for 3 days last June and went with these guys http://www.whalewatch.com/ and saw Humpback and Minke whales.
