decent travel insurance

Looking around for multi-tip travel insurance which includes the US and more importantly Cuba. Done the price comparison thing, but when I read the reviews, every company gets slated.

Now looking at Amex (although need to see if this is acceptable in Cuba) but can anyone recommend a decent multi-trip travel insurance. I´m not looking for the cheapest, just one which includes medical and provides decent service.

I have no direct experience, other than buying a policy last week, my choice was based on reading a few threads on here people and other forums where they recommended Insure and Go.
