Siam Park for certain.
We treated ourselves to a Cabana. Ok, it's expensive/extravagant, but for a family of 4, it didn't prove to be too bad a deal, when you add up all the ad ons.

We also did a whale watching trip on a massive catamaran. Book with a tour rep desk on the sea front in Adeje, which was the cheapest way to book. Good value, good fun and a real experience.
