Booking holidays to start FROM New York?

I'm planning to meet my girlfriend in New York and go together to Jamaica from there, however I find it absolutely impossible to find anything using google. It's infuriating but whatever search keywords I try, it detects that I'm in the UK and only shows me holidays TO States.

WHat are American equivalents of our thomascooks, lastminute.com and other cheap holiday finders?
Or how to search for that on Google?

Why? It's never the case in my experience.
