Best Route from Calais to Croatia?

Hi all

I'm after some opinions on the best route (distance, decent roads, lack of traffic, scenery etc etc) to get from Calais to Pula in Croatia.

I've done this trip many times but still haven't figured an ideal route. Maybe there isn't one... Any opinions welcome!
