Holiday cottage in western Cornwall

After our cancelled holidays this year due to Mrs O's illness, we have decided to go down to western Cornwall at half term (from Sat 25th October) for a week.
Can anyone recommend a place for us?
Criteria are dictated by my wife's mobility:-
- Must be single storey
- No huge amount of steps to the property - a few are OK but not any more
- Within 500m of a usable pub (by 'usable' I mean pub grub and proper beer
)
We only need a small place as there are just the 2 of us
