What to buy the Mrs for Xmas?

I'm sure many of you are in the same conundrum, Mrs Dumbo and I have been together for 5 years and she hates to waste money,she's a chartered accountant but has expensive tastes. What is the perfect X mas present?

I had been thinking of some sort of holiday, India looks stunning Lusifer but she's been to the Taj Mahal with her Mum. New York is an option but I'd never get her out of the shops but she'd enjoy it.Good Ideas guys, thanks.
