It has a look of somewhere but for an event, I don't think there's been an Olympics in Lisbon or other major sports event (maybe football but I wouldn't know). I have a vague feeling there as an expo there so, is it a site for an expo in Lisbon?

1998 Expo site, yes - still there and still worth a visit given its oceanographic theme.

OK right - err. back in a bit...........

OK so not sure if this'll be too difficult, it's a Crown balanced on a jet of water that gently spins. Clue, it's in what I suppose could be called a Visitor Attraction.
