Pretty much the same when I went. One day in the early 90's. Don't remember much about it apart from it being beautiful especially as it was under a think blanket of snow.

It is, definitely Seattle.

(ETA - it's Mt Rainier/Cascade mountains that is pretty distinctive as well!)
