I honestly don't think this one is too hard, certainly when compared to the random port entrances and rocks in rivers we've had in recent times. This place one of the hidden gems when on a city break to the city it is located within.
Well its hard to tell what it is, it doesn't look like a defensive structure, maybe it's an observation point. Obviously up a cliff by the sea, if it's in the UK I'd think maybe Scotland or Wales but it could be lots of other places as an alternative!
