I remember visiting a fantastic plane museum in Seattle, nearby the Boeing factory, which isn't far from Canada! I doubt this is it though, as most of the planes were suspended from the ceiling

Canadian air space museum, in Toronto maybe? it looks familiar in lots of ways.

Maybe I walked around it differently?

I love aviation but this if it is the same place was not a exciting place for me.

My wife hated it smile

Well if that photo is the same place I guess Montreal, that's where he was centred although did travel around.

Ottawa it is...sort out with Allan who gets it.

(Allan - not the biggest museum but some nice stuff (esp. that F-model 109), understandably a little Canada-centric. Close to Cosford for me...but not as good as Hendon or Duxford)

Given the solar panels and the use of packing crates as housing, I will guess Australia smile

Time for spec savers as I can't see any solar panels.

No wonder they looked a bit startled when I came in with my strides around my ankles.

And that's where this one is. A novel way to spend a night, the only good thing being that if you want to be very close to Silverstone you can't beat it for that.

So 'nice', perhaps from that perspective, but grim from any other!

Aren't those things coming off the roofs solar panels?

No they aren't, nothing that sophisticated, they support a kind of canvas cover so that it may be possible for you to get to the 'hotel' door without getting totally soaked by rain!
