I think the most famous piece was down in the West Country Henry. Why Brunel ran it next to the sea in Dawlish who knows, but it's a pretty journey Mrs BFB tells me - certainly better than hacking down the A30!

well getting to Dawlish from Derbyshire is about 300 miles, you can get to all sorts of places in the time it takes to drive there! (And a lack of any of our customers is a bit of a slowdown as well, I'd have to pay for it myself - )
