It's a bit Old Man of Hoy (ish) but it is the wrong shape

Will see if there's any closer guesses before giving any clues.

It is a distinctive shape and (local) landmark

I think somebody would know this if it was on the usual tourist trail, so somewhere a bit more out the way I think.
Maybe Easter Island?

Diving just there, we watched a pod of killer whales herd a shoal of fish up onto the rocks and then pick them off at will. Amazing.
