Wife and I stayed in a corner suite in the V'dara, and very nice it was too.
We were upgraded to one of those with the $20 trick, from two levels of suite below. It might have even been an Executive Corner Suite we were in.

Twas lovely. The views were of the wrong side, but still...

Anyone stayed at Ballys? I'm booked there for a few days.

Yes. There's a mix of old, worn out rooms and some newly redecorated ones. Good value as it is not a fashionable place, but the location is first rate.

When I was in Vegas at the start of Feb they'd demolished the area in front of the hotel, not sure how far through the re-building they are.

Also. It is joined to the Paris casino, they share a parking garage, so that can be considered the same place.

We have 2 suites at the moment at the vdara
A vdara suite and an executive corner with fountain view
The vdara suite is a better layout we think. Its on floor 6 pool view the corner is on 26
To see the fountain properly you need to stand in the far corner of the bathroom

Living room is a view of Cosmo and pH on the left and not a great lot of interest on the other side its a nice room but certainly not worth the extra really
