Hey hey everybody!
March 2015 going from North terminal I think. Looking for close and reasonable parking for a week. Any companies to avoid or folks can recommend?
Cheers

I've used the valet parking before. Expensive but convenient, especially if you have kids.

What KS44 says - Mrs Puggit paid £103 at half term for 8 days. It also includes fast track security.

If you want to keep your keys just park in the short term.

For either scenario, prebook now via the official Gatwick parking page.

Yes the valet parking, 9 steps and you are in the terminal. Totally stress free.

Going elsewhere to save like 30 quid is plain madness.

Dependent on flight time and where you're travelling from I always use the park and fly at Sofitel if I've got an early flight out.

We used purple parking around the back. Drive car in drop off and onto bus. Hastie free and £53 for 2 weeks. we booked on the Saturday and flew Monday so will get it cheaper with more notice. Search for some discount codes.

I always use the short term parking. Book on the Gatwick website and it's cheap. 2 minute walk to the terminal, and no concerns about some valet parking employee driving your car.

I've used purple parking, they're okay but now prefer to book on site short/long stay as it's not much more for being that bit closer.

Re. Fast track security, Gatwick now has a family and disabled security lane that meant we got through in a third of the time we do normally. All very happy friendly security personnel too.

Another thing to consider is a park/stay/fly deal?
Next week we are using Premier Inn at North Terminal and have done a number of times.Leave your car at valet parking, walk into the hotel, fresh in the morning walk into the terminal,no stress.
Room, evening meal & b/fast for two,7 days parking,£136 the lot.At the end of your trip just walk from the terminal into valet parking and your car is waiting.

We did exactly this the last two times we flew from Gatwick north.

long stay parking at gatwick is excellent, only couple of minutes wait for a 5 minute bus ride and you get to keep your keys. http://www.gatwickairport.com/parking/long-stay/

We always use maple manor valet parking. They've always been superb.
I'll never ever use purple parking again after they made me miss our flights out to Venice a few years ago....

We used APH for a hotel/parking deal recently.

Overnight stay at Arora hotel plus 2 weeks parking for £101. Worked out cheaper than the parking on its own, and much less stressful than getting down there at 3am.

Stayed in the long stay parking last week, South terminal.
Effortless. Parked the car up. Bus was waiting 100ft way. 2 minutes to the terminal.
On our way back, out the terminal, bus was waiting there again.
