Can some one recommend a good visa service.
I am a british national living in UK traveling to goa in a few weeks so need to get it done ASAP.

just go through the official route directly - it can be done by post.

ok - well you said a 'few weeks' so was guessing on 4 or 5, which would be enough.

You can attend in person ( http://in.vfsglobal.co.uk/yourapplication.html to find your local centre).

Haven't used any of the multitude of services available, but just looked at one and that takes 10-12 business days too.

They are very good.
They turned around my last multi entry indian business visa in a single day....that was somewhat expensive (client paid thankfuklly!).


Check your paperwork very carefully- they love the red tape and rejecting because of it.

+1 for checking and double checking that your details are 100% correct before you submit the application. Also the photo absolutely needs to be the dimensions they say. Passport booths usually have an Indian visa photo option which will be fine.
