If it's a 70ml bottle we're talking about then it should be fine - well under 100ml so won't get a second glance as it goes through the scanner. If it's 100ml but in a lot of glass, so looks big it may get pulled and binned.
Either put it in your hold luggage or decant some in to a smaller bottle - alcohol minatures do a good job, just rinse well so you don't get eau du Jack Daniels.

Doesn't matter, they don't take all your stuff out the plastic bag, hence it being see-through. They look to see if the bottle looks like it could be a 100+ml one, if so they will check it.Stay under the 100ml, something like 50ml and they don't even do more than a quick glance.
Failing that buy some cheap smelly in the departures section.
