Anyone who really knows food can tell me the best Patisseries /coffee places in Toulon ? Will be there for 2 days before going to Casis

I haven't been for about 30 years, and all I can remember of Toulon was it being a grim port with few redeeming features.

i was there 30 years ago . I think i remember the same !

I was there last year and it's not improved. Go straight to Cassis early, it's really nice. Take the road over Cap Canaille (D599).

I HAVE TO BE THERE FOR 2 DAYS !

We use to go rock climbing in cassis .The "Scramble" down to the beach from the camp site was hard enough ! but that was 35 years ago .

I was there a few years ago and found an absolutely wonderful little patisserie place, no idea where it was though, hut it's there somewhere!

Not on the front, was on the corner building on a market street I think.
