Multi city flights comparison website

Skyscanner is my preferred choice for comparing flight prices from different websites, but they don't have a multi city option. Is there a site which does this?

Opodo usually has decent results but their payment options are really annoying...

I use http://matrix.itasoftware.com to find route combinations - but it can throw up a lot of results!
