He's going (on his way now) to Vegas. It's a lot colder there than in Orlando!

Ah so ur take everything on the chin yea? Its ok to pay and not get is it? Stewardess attending to all my needs? I have only one need get me there on time very simple, the service comes second the journey first, im hungary, sorry sir cant serve food til in the air, i dont drink, so tell me what to enjoy sitting on the ground for 30% of my flight time
Have you ever flown before, this sh*t happens!
Get over it, worse things happening in the world than your flight being delayed by a few hours. Payinga bit more ££££ doesn't give you extra privileges of un delayed flying.

You did read the t & c when you agreed to fly, I am sure that "delays are possible" will be referenced several times in these.
So ultimately they will get you your one need all be it not on time, far worse would be never getting there.

You should definitely continue to fly an aircraft which has gone tech without repair - PEOPLE HAVE PAID THEIR MONEY DAMN IT!

Below is a previous post from Sundance, seems he can accept that a car can have a glitch and it takes time to find and fix the problem but he just wants the big machine in the sky to get up there and get him to his destination on time.
Now I am really confused..........Essex lad sticking up for an Essex lad........
LOL

Sundance

Great job by Gadge and Gary.
Just shows that any car can hit a glich, and then takes time to find and fix, what would happen to the guy who was booked in after? Think he would be in for a long wait.
My point is lets not be so hard on the Essex boys. Just a bit more customer relations ok, anyone can have a bad day.

Last time I had a long delay was on BA coming back from Oz and just about to depart Singapore, due to a faulty sensor.

That was 4-5 hours on the tarmac and then we had to be offloaded, transferred to Singapore City for a couple of hours in a hotel, then back to the airport to get on a Royal Thai flight back to LHR. I was back a day late in total.

Can happen to all airlines and all ages of aircraft.

Why don't you just lay back, have another drink and listen to some music?

I never understand why people pay these ludicous prices for a 'bigger' seat on an aeroplane just for a few hours travelling. Better to have pocketed the 3 grand by paying only 500 for going to exactly the same destination and all for only a few hours. That money buys a second-hand car/motorbike or many other things that don't disappear after a few hours sitting in a seat.

Have to have this rant to make me feel better, arrived at airport told plane delayed 45 min in orlando due to tech prob, put us on plane 1houre late, then once on the plane, told there is still a tech fault, now sitting on plane for another 2 hours delay. These airlines are all the same, st, 3500 pounds to be fkd about and delayed, how is it that this bearded tt gets an obe and all his co are fkng ran by morrons, trains, planes, even his space craft is non flight worthy, rant over but still feel really pissed
Pft. Don't go commercial then, go private.

Oh and if you really paid 3.5k/seat then you've been done. That trip goes for 1500 in the sales

No, it was a bit miserable and overcast this morning - brightened up a bit now - 80 degrees, scattered high clouds, just nice.

I'm off to New Orleans in a few days, BA First class, they can keep me on the runway or lounge as long as they bloody like!
Really? In a small room/dormitory with up to 13 other strangers? Nice if you like that sort of thing. I'd prefer to pocket the difference even if on company business.

I'm sure if you think hard, really really hard you'll work it out.

In case not, I'll help you out. It's because they feel spending the extra £x is worth it to them to travel in comfort and have the extra service. They also tend to be customers who already have the extra £x in the bank for a cheap used motor.
