Help - Somewhere near/in Europe, warm, great childcare...

OK, we'd our hearts set on a family-friendly hotel in Italy with loads of child-care and activities for the little 'un of 4 years old, but it's £5k for a week not including flights.

Any suggestions?

We did Crief Hydro for Christmas one year and it was amazing, so looking for something like that with some heat!

We stayed with Mark Warner in "that" resort in Portugal last September/October and thoroughly loved it.

Good setting (large apartments throughout the small town, not a hotel), good food, lots of activities, great beach and yes, lots of included childcare, especially evening.
