Corralejo. Not in fancy accommodation though. Saving hard for a mortgage deposit but need to get away to keep sane.

Post up your thoughts if you get a chance - we stayed in the Grand down the road and really enjoyed it. Had a wander up to the suites which look lovely. Reviews are, on the whole, positive!

I've been to Canaries in Arpil and I can vouch for the evening being baltic at night. Lovely through the day though. But anyone who says it is lovely and warm at night must have had the heating on.

Myself and the better half got back from Sharm El-Sheikh on Monday, the week started at 25'c and ended up well into 30's for the rest of it, with only the 1st few days having any cloud and being a bit windy, for decent value 'winter' sunshine it's pretty hard to beat tbh. We stayed at the Sunrise Grand Select Arabian Beach resort btw, it was a nice place.
