Peak District - where were we?

I found this photo amongst others when clearing out my parents house over the weekend. It was taken in 1999/2000 on our silver D of E expedition in the Peak District, does anybody recognise where?!

First thought is Ladybower Reservoir, but I could be miles out!

Even more specifically, just up the hill from the first small parking area on the road to the main Ladybower carpark. Probably somewhere near Crookhill Farm.
