I know they are running a tour on the 1st of December, not sure how many they will be doing in December though.

Shame that you do not like Belgian beers, they're so much better than what we get in pubs etc.
Just tried the online reservation booker but it seems to be broken, I will give them a ring.http://www.halvemaan.be/en/brewery-visit/rondleidi...

I have tried lots of different Belgium beers on various visits but I find them geniunely awful, I know they are very proud of the stuff they produce so I keep schtum about it. I feel the same about all the German White beers, they just taste weird to me and I am a very enthusiastic beer drinker.
Although it must be me becuase I don't like our own Real Ales either, just give me cheap Lager and I'll be happy all night!
Good taste in cars, poor taste in beer

I'll have to see if anyone in the UK sells it / anyone from here is going to Bruges and is happy to pick some up for me
A local pub has just started serving bottles of Zot... i couldn't believe it when i walked in and saw them in the fridge I've also got about 10 crates in the garage and i notice you're also in Bucks

I'll settle for one out of two!Not to de-rail too much but how is your hearing mate? Haven't noticed a post in Health for a while.
Nothing much has changed since my last update tbh. I still have fluid in my left ear and loud tinnitus, I also get a flutter in my right ear when I speak / hear noise and I still hear echoes / vibration from low frequency sounds, but im just getting on with it in the hope that it'll dissipate over time. Thanks for asking!

I love a proper ale, a German weiss beer but a proper craft beers like the Belgiums produce is just heaven.
To be fair it does take time to build up an appreciation of beers rather than just drink weak tasteless fizz to get drunk. I suppose I was the same with coffee. I actually used to drink Mellow Birds instant and hated strong proper coffee. Now I really appreciate a proper cup.
My other half thinks I'm a beer snob and I can't really argue with her on that

There was a similar thread here a while back with people basically saying "If you like lager in cans you're an idiot" (you know what PH is like!) but this is just nonsense, you like what your taste buds agree with, nothing more to it.
And coffee? Never, not ever! Can't stand the smell of the stuff, I'm 51 years old and I have never drunk a cup of Latte or Mokka or whatever all the others are called. As a kid we had basic Nescafe with milk but I never liked it. Nothing worse than going in a pub to buy a pint of cheap crappy lager only for the people in front of you to order 4 different types of fecking coffee meaning you have to wait 10 minutes for your beer!
