Long story short, booked expensive 3 night away, unacceptable incidents by said site owner, cleanliness issues, lack of items in fully equipped kitchen, and we cut our stay short due to being put in a stressful and horrible situation, where do we stand, site not really interested why we left a day early although we explained why it was not what we had paid for,
