Paying French Motorway Tolls
Discussion
I made the switch to sanef last year after years of pay as you go- transformed my autoroute experience. When you've had a long day in the saddle it's one less thing to think about. And you simply drive past the queues- anyone heading to le mans ina few days will encounter them all around the town's ring roads.
Worth the extra fww euros imo.

Or have some spacial awareness and a concept of how wide your car is...
I think you have not quite understood what is being described here. The challenge is to get the car close enough to the machine so your passenger can reach it. The calculation and maneuver is performed on the length of the passenger's arm. Not the width of the car. But thanks for the valuable input.

Well I'm not exactly tall at 5'6" and didn't have any issues/car damage from the passenger's seat of a Tuscan S and I know another board member who's shorter than me who's never mentioned any issues from the passenger seat of a Tuscan 2...//j17 said:

I've had a Sanef tag for 4 years. Drive up to the barrier, get the beep, drive on, what's not to like? For the actual cost which is peanuts versus the convenience I cannot see why peeps complain.
Off to Le Mans next week so looking forward to the beeps on the journey....and avoiding the queues!
