Any suggestions for places to consider? Must have a pool and take a family of four. Walking distance to eat in nice places and parking for two cars.

Cheers

I did this about five years ago, we stayed just outside St. Tropez, and ended up booking through www.homeaway.co.uk, they have a large selection of villas.

Not sure if a caravan fits the bill but we had a great break in Port Grimaud at Holiday Marina Park with Eurocamp. Immaculate site with good pool and bar etc, spa, walking distance to the beach, the town with bars and restaurants + electric boat hire etc..Nice little place and if you want to go out out you can get a water taxi to St.Tropez etc so no need to drive. Cracking supermarket at the end of the road and karting around the corner. Some nice old towns inc Grimaud, Gassin etc a short drive away.

Good luck.
