I wouldn't have another day in Hoi An, its a nice place but small and two days is fine really. Go to Ninh Binh on the way down from Hanoi or see the cave systems round there instead.

Another advantage of an extra day at Hoi An is you'll have time to have your suits fitted properly.

Best bit of Hue is the Imperial City/Citadel.

Staying in Hoi An also time to do travel this route (featured on Top Gear). You can hire a scotter and travel it in a group (nearly a full day as you need to travel through DaNang).
