We are in Hong Kong for 3 days the end of this month en-route to New Zealand on holiday, have stayed on HK Island last time, this time we will be staying in Kowloon any recommendation in particular and also places to eat/drink. Thanks in advance.
Nathan road is a good place for bars/hotels but generally hotel rooms are generally on the same size unless of course you want to blow the budget then penthouse over the bay can happen, with your username I would have thought ferry to wan chai for a great evening/night.
For nice bars try the Intercontinental which has huge windows overlooking Kowloon Bay, also their steak restaurant is pretty special. For cocktails go to the bar at the top of the Ritz Cartlton (Ozone Bar), I believe it is the highest in the world.
